I walk in with $2 cash, had it to the teller and politely ask for a roll of nickels, the teller asks if I have a account. "Yes but I do not understand why that is relevant to this transaction" she replied "I just need to run it through your account". Why? Why do I need to show identification and provide you with my account information for a CASH (Key word CASH!!!) transaction? I'm not asking for a loan. I'm not trying to make a deposit. I'm not trying to make a withdraw. I want a simple 1 to 1 transaction. Here is CASH. Thank you, here is CHANGE. It is that SIMPLE. Why do you have to make it complicated?

I just had one of the most pleasant financial experiences I have had at the MACU Branch on 18th and Washington. I went in for a recreational vehicle loan. I ended up working with a loan officer named Mario. Today's experience with Mario was so refreshing. He was very easy to talk to, great communication and conversation, personable, extremely knowledgeable with all the financial options, efficient with paperwork, and he truly made the experience straight forward and enjoyable. I would highly recommend him. If I need anything else I will definitely be returning to work with Mario.

My mom had an unknown charge for a door dash order taken from her account. It wasn't her that ordered it. She called and spoke to a guy who said he blocked the charges, then she cancelled her card and I took her to get a new card printed out. Well, the money got taken out of my mom's account anyways so she called today and they told her that they couldn't block those charges. So now my mom is broke until she gets paid at the end of the month. Y'all need to get your stories straight regarding what you are able to do regarding this type of situation cause the guy she spoke to yesterday gave her totally different info than the woman she spoke to today. I told my mom she needs to switch banks. This bank doesn't know what they're doing.

It's been a few months so I'm no longer edgy at the inconvenience. I walked into this branch and it immediately sounded like a big cold empty echo chamber. A couple of the tellers were chatting and laughing in Spanish. No greeting or even an acknowledgement of my entry in any language and I was the only client in the lobby. So I went to the one teller not too busy to speak to me in English. She was very pleasant and went to make my replacement debit card. Neither she nor I checked the card when she gave it to me, so that's on me. But when I got home, the card I had was not my name or account#. The nice teller from the echo chamber called me to come back because of the error. It was late so I went to my regular South Ogden branch the next business day. I got the very warm pleasant greeting I'm used to, and in English! They replaced my card with one that matched ME😊! And so very polite!
